Dear Artist,

It’s that time of year again-Art and Elegance is ramping up and we are reaching our to our local and regional Artists!.

Last year’s Art and Elegance, The Jewell Ball, transformed the Country Inn Into a glittering celebration of 40 years of Getting Art Out There! But what made the evening truly successful was awarding your amazing donated creations to the patrons. Your donations helped to raise more than $26,000 to support MAC/The Ice House programs In the community. We couldn’t have done It without you!

Your generosity over the years has expanded the ice House and MAC’s ability to get art out there.

  • ART Integration and Visiting Artist Programs In all Morgan Co. Schools
  • Saturday Morning Children’s art classes at no charge in our wet classroom
  • MAC Create classes almost every month
  • Digital Media Center classes and community broadcasts
  • Dance Studio and Theater offerings round out MAC’s programs

An Evening in Paris at the Country Inn on November 10, 2018 will celebrate MAC with a fanciful visit to one of the most artistic cities in the world.

For your donation you will receive credit in our event program and an invitation to attend and enjoy MAC’s special Artist Thank You Party with food and wine Thursday, December 13 at the the Ice House Gallery where you will meet some primary supporters of the arts In the Eastern Panhandle.

Please download and complete the Donation Form and bring or send your artwork by Oct. 1, 2018 to the Ice House Co-Op from Thursday through Sunday 11-5 pm or call to make other arrangements. Include any marketing material you like to advertise your art.

Once again, thanks very much for all your support and generosity and to helping celebrate MAC at 40!

Sincerely,

Jane Frenke & Lynn Lavin
